What billionaires' dreams are made of: The most expensive home ever listed in America goes on sale for £204million - complete with a helicopter, two champagne cellars and a £179K room for SWEETS

The 38,000-square-foot Los Angeles mansion (top) houses 12 bedrooms, 21 bathrooms, three kitchens, a bowling alley (bottom left), a movie theater, an 85-foot infinity pool with its own bar, and a candy room filled with £179,000 worth of
treats. Handbag tycoon and owner-developer Bruce Makowsky dreamed up the extravagant property, drawing inspiration from his own glamorous lifestyle. The property opens on panoramic views of Los Angeles (bottom right) and is decorated with 130 works of art. Makowsky picked every last detail, including the Champagne bottles stored in both wine cellars.
