APC are responsible for everything that is happening in Nigeria - Rochas Okorocha

Governor Rochas Okorocha admitted on Monday after an indoor meeting with President Buhari that APC are responsible for whatever that is going on in the country. He insisted the Party must take responsibility without playing blame game.
