The ousted Chairman, House of Representatives Committee of Appropriation, Abdulmunini Jibrin insisted that Speaker Yakubu Dogara may not be able to dodge justice forever
because he will definitely be jailed for alleged budget padding.
Jibrin has been suspended from the House after blowing the whistle of budget padding where Dogara and Principal Officers of the House were involved. According to Jibrin, Dogara has committed an offence worth going to jail. He stated this in Abuja in an interview to mark hundred days of blowing the whistle of budget padding
