PDP to Buhari: Call Amaechi, Peterside, Abe to order before they set Rivers on fire

The Rivers State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has expressed its extreme anger at the provocative and inciting activities of messrs Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, Dakuku Peteside and Magnus Abe in the State as though there is nobody in charge of affairs in the State.

A statement by the State Chairman of the party,
Bro Felix Obuah and signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Jerry Needam wants President Muhammadu Buhari to call Amaechi, Peterside and Abe to order to avoid a breach of public peace in the State which is likely to affect the entire national political landscape.
According to the statement, Amaechi, Peterside and Abe are carrying on as though they are above the law, perhaps, because of their link with the powers that be, at the federal level of which they boldly boast everywhere they go.
“All these inciting actions and comments must stop except they want proof that nobody has monopoly of violence which is not the best for our people and also considering the amount of efforts and resources committed to peace and security of lives and properties by the incumbent PDP administration in the State”, Bro Obuah noted.
“May we also caution our people and teeming supporters across the State to remain calm, law abiding but steadfast to their trust and confidence in the PDP while the re-run elections which we are very sure of winning are prosecuted in the coming weeks!
