The decision Manchester United to extend Marouane Fellaini's contract
at Old Trafford should have been good news from the Premier League club
- but the reaction of the club's fans was one of disbelief!
Fellaini has come under criticism for
some under-par performances for Jose Mourinho's side, with many supporters scapegoating the Belgian midfielder for the side's failings.
Despite helping United to a nine-game unbeaten run, Fellaini still has not improved his popularity, and when news of his contract extension was announced fans were quick to express their disappointment.
However, there were a few dissenting voices happy to see Fellaini extend his stay.
Fellaini's new deal will keep him at Old Trafford until at least 2018.
