There is a large turnout of voters in Ikare, Akoko Northeast, the hometown of All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship aspirant Segun Abraham.
In Unit 04, Ward 1 in Isonopo, people turned out in their numbers to vote. The process was peaceful.
It was learnt that Abraham was not in town.
When our correspondent visited his Ikare home, an aide said the APC chief was not in town.
The situation was charged at Igbokoda, headquarters of Ilaje local government. Combined team of Security officials were at the jetty where four young men were arrested and handcuffed.
Sources said they were arrested while attempting to snatch ballot boxes.
They were taken in a police patrol vehicle to the Divisional Police Office in Igbokoda.
