Shocking: Mother-of-three, 28, who had never taken drugs died after she took just ONE puff of a deadly cocktail of legal highs called 'Insane Joker' and 'Exploded', believing they were harmless

Stephanie Brown (left and right), 28, became 'overwhelmed' by the legal highs and collapsed at her home in Greater Manchester after just one puff, despite never having taken drugs before. The chemicals 'Insane Joker' and 'Exploded' had been bought by school friend John Reynolds lawfully from shop Mega Bargains in Leigh (inset), just one month before
the Government banned all legal highs. Mr Reynolds was due to attend an inquest into her death earlier this week to give evidence but disappeared beforehand. The coroner ruled the mother-of-three's 'tragic' death was accidental.
