is female." However, it's Hillary Clinton's latest reaction to the 9th
U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals refusal to reinstate President Donald Trump's travel ban that
truly signals her return to the fray.

Trump requested the court legitimize his Executive Order that would
deny entry to anyone entering the country from seven predominantly
Muslim nations. When the court unanimously voted against him, he tweeted
